BancNet has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines for 2026, according to Great Place to Work™, the global authority in workplace culture. BancNet ranked 5 th among 15 shortlisted companies in the small organizations category (companies with 10-99 employees). The recognition celebrates organizations that foster a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
The recognition was awarded at the Conrad Manila Thursday, March 19, during the Best Workplaces in the Philippines 2026 awards ceremonies attended by leaders from the Great Place to Work Certified community.
For BancNet, the recognition reflects more than a workplace distinction—it represents the collective spirit of its people.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in the country,” said Emmie S. Reyes, Chief Executive Officer of BancNet.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of our people. Every day, our teams work together with a shared sense of purpose—to support the country’s payments ecosystem by enabling secure and reliable payment services for millions of Filipinos. This recognition belongs to every BancNeteer who contributes to the culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence that defines our organization.”
The Best Workplaces™ badge, a globally recognized accolade, is awarded to companies that demonstrate a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture. Organizations are evaluated through the Trust Index© survey, which measures employees’ workplace experiences across three key relationships—with management, with colleagues, and with their work.
This year’s Best Workplaces list recognizes 55 organizations across the Philippines, representing companies that have successfully built cultures where employees feel respected, heard, and inspired. The honorees were selected based on confidential employee feedback gathered from surveys conducted between late 2024 and 2025, representing insights from over 300,000 employees nationwide.
This year’s theme, “The New Business as Usual,” reflects a growing realization among organizations that the future of work is already unfolding. The 2026 honorees demonstrate that when organizations place people, trust, and inclusion at the center of their culture, they are better equipped to innovate, adapt, and thrive.
According to Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place to Work ASEAN & ANZ, organizations that prioritize trust consistently outperform others in innovation and resilience.
Meanwhile, Charles Plumley, General Manager of Great Place to Work Philippines, emphasized the role of Filipino culture in shaping strong workplaces.
“The Philippines has always had an extraordinary relationship with people. We have a culture rooted in community, in bayanihan, and in the belief that everyone deserves to be valued. The organizations we recognize today show that when trust is placed at the heart of the workplace, Filipino talent doesn’t just thrive—it leads.”
At Great Place To Work®, a “great workplace” is defined as one where employees trust their leaders, take pride in their work, and experience genuine camaraderie with colleagues. Organizations recognized on the Best Workplaces list demonstrate not only high levels of trust but also consistency of positive experiences across diverse employee groups, proving that great workplaces are truly For All™.
For BancNet, the recognition reflects its continued commitment to building an environment where employees can grow, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission. The Makati-based company was previously certified a Great Place to Work™ for two consecutive years –in 2024 and 2025.
