Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization.  This role involves coordinating cross functional teams, managing project objectives and resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.   The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving the implementation of projects and ensuring their timely and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, information technology, or computer science, etc)
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Financial Technology or payments industry.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with focus on problem solving and decision making.
  7. PMP (Project Management Professional certification is desirable)

Job Summary

The Systems Architect is responsible for organizing, directing, and ensuring the timely delivery of development and maintenance services for managed application systems. They collaborate with other departments and partner institutions to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality. The Systems Architect provides technical expertise, recommends solutions, and offers workarounds to stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation of required systems. They consistently apply best practices, secure standards, and maintain a focus on quality in their work. Additionally, the Systems Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing average to complex systems.

Qualifications

  1. Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other allied courses.
  2. Must have at least 5 years of development experience in the required field and language, preferably in Web, Unix/AIX, and Windows environments.
  3. Should possess superior knowledge and understanding of software development and testing principles and methodologies.
  4. Must have sufficient working experience in IT as a key management officer leading a functional team or group within a department, preferably in a solutions and delivery team.
  5. Should have collective experience in project and program management, documentation, and all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including technical and application design and architecture, business and systems analysis, support, and programming.
  6. Should have experience with RDBMS, preferably in Oracle, MySQL, MS Access, and other SQL-based databases.
  7. Preferably, should have knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases.
  8. Practical Experience on Software Testing and Systems Analysis
  9. Working knowledge on Agile methodology and execution, big data and analytics
  10. Preferably with working knowledge of web based applications0020using Java
  11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  12. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Internal Audit Manager

Job Summary

The Internal Audit Manager is primarily responsible for conducting independent reviews of BancNet’s processes, operations, and information systems. They also play a key role in conducting audits of BancNet members, ensuring compliance with BancNet’s standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on process and systems audit.
  4. In-depth understanding of internal audit methodologies, best practices, and standards.
  5. Proficient knowledge of risk assessment, control frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  6. Extensive experience in conducting systems audits, including assessing IT controls, information security, and data integrity.
  7. Familiarity with auditing information systems, networks, databases, and applications.
  8. Proven ability to develop comprehensive audit plans and execute audits effectively and efficiently.
  9. Experience in evaluating internal controls, identifying control weaknesses, and making practical recommendations for improvement.
  10. Proficient in documenting audit findings, preparing clear and concise reports, and presenting findings to management.
  11. Excellent analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and processes.
  12. Ability to think critically and strategically, providing insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships to achieve audit objectives.

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager of BancNet serves as the primary point of contact for member/participating institutions, with the main goal of establishing and maintaining a positive relationship between these institutions and BancNet. The Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring that member/participating institutions to facilitate their access to BancNet services for which they are eligible. Additionally, the Relationship Manager collaborates with various BancNet departments and partners to promptly address the concerns and requests of member/participating institutions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration) or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of BancNet’s role, products, services, and policies.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with member/participating institutions and internal stakeholders.
  5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address member/participating institutions’ concerns and requests promptly.
  7. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  8. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology platforms.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
