The TISD Manager is responsible for assisting the Technology Infrastructure Support Department Head in managing the unit’s strategy, operations, and resources with the objective of ensuring to meet agreed SLAs and target dates for major deliverables of the unit.
The IT TISD Manager is expected to closely collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as BancNet personnel, Solutions Providers, Participating Members, etc., to deliver what is expected of them.
Primary responsible for managing the internal and external network of BancNet. This includes the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, which includes the management of various network devices such as routers, modems, switches, firewalls, etc.
Ensures that the BancNet network is resilient, robust, and secure.
Primary responsible for setting up, administering, and maintaining the BancNet database, utilizing database software and other file systems that store BancNet data.
Responsible for the design, installation, configuration, capacity planning, migration, performance monitoring, enforcing DB security, troubleshooting, and backup/data recovery.
