Data Center Officer

Job Summary

The Data Center Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the Data Center Operations Department Head in establishing the unit’s strategy and overseeing daily operations with the objective of meeting agreed SLAs.

The DCO Officer is expected to perform procedural training for new Data Center Specialists and cascade changes in system handling and batch processes to all DC Specialists.

The DCO Officer is expected to collaborate closely with the DCO Head in monitoring the overall performance of the team and to assist the DCO Head in managing team capacity and utilization.

Qualifications

  1. Must be a graduate of any computer-related course.
  2. Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Data Center Operator / Data Center Specialist.
  3. At least 3 years of working experience in a supervisory capacity.
  4. Strong background in switch applications.
  5. Basic knowledge of AIX/Unix-based systems.
  6. Must have knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Should have the skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
  8. Background in networking is a plus factor.
  9. Knowledge in relational databases is a plus factor.
  10. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and administration skills.
  11. Mentoring and coaching skills.
  12. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  13. Should demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, and be confident in decision making.

Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of BancNet’s products, including developing and executing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and enhancements. The Product Manager will also be responsible for analyzing product performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of similar or related experience in Product Management within the banking or payments industry.
  2. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  3. Proven experience in project management.

  3. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and organizational development programs.
  4. Knowledge of other HR facets like recruitment, compensation structures, payroll processes, employee engagement strategies, Philippine labor standards, and other HR practices is an advantage.
