Promo Mechanics:
1. Every P1,500 purchase in a single- receipt at any SM Retail Store (listed below) using your BancNet ATM Card from August 1 to September 30, 2013 entitles you to one (1) electronic raffle entry that gives you a chance to win an SM Gift Card worth P30,000.
2. Prizes at stake: 100 SM Gift Cards worth P30,000 each.
3. Purchase of cellcards, phonecards, SM Gift pass or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to raffle entries.
4. The electronic draw will be on October 11, 2013, Friday at 3:00 PM at the MCI Office, SM One- Ecom Center, Bay City, Pasay City in the presence of DTI and SM Representative. Deadline of qualified entries is on the closing store hour of September 30, 2013
5. In case of dispute, the promo organizer’s decision is final with concurrence of DTI.
6. Cardholder/ Customer may win only once.
7. Prizes are not convertible to cash
8. All winners will be notified by SM via registered mail informing them to determine when, where and how they may claim the prize.

b. For Provincial Winners: Office of the Branch Manager of the SM Store where they won
9. Winners must present the following when claiming the prize:
a. Winning ATM Card
b. If winner is SMAC member, SM Advantage/ SM Prestige card of the winner.
c. Two (2) valid IDs (with photo and signature)
d. TIN / TIN ID
10. Winners only have up to sixty (60 days) from receipt of notification to claim their prizes. After this period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of BancNet and The SM Store with prior DTI approval.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold The SM Store and BancNet free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/ her participation in this promo or caused or arising from his/ her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
12. Employees of The SM Store, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Savemore, Waltermart Supermarket, Marketing Convergence Inc., BancNet and their accredited advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from participating in this promo.
